Shipping policy

Shipping

ROAM currently offers standard shipping to United States addresses supported at checkout. Standard shipping is $8 per order and free for qualifying orders of $70 or more. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.

Our products are fulfilled through CJdropshipping. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Supplier estimates currently indicate 1–3 days for processing plus 5–11 days for transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows, and some orders take longer. Carrier delays, customs, holidays, and stock availability can affect delivery. We do not offer a guaranteed 1–5-day delivery service for these products.

For tracking assistance, delivery questions, or an address correction, email tpson28@gmail.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
