Returns and refunds

You may request a return of an unused item within 30 days after delivery. Email tpson28@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please contact us before shipping a return so we can provide instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve the issue. ROAM covers the cost of return postage for damaged or incorrect items when a return is required.

Do not send returns directly to CJdropshipping or to the address on the original shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
